If you are considering having something shipped, the first step is to contact us. We will go over details with you on the commodity itself, timing, expectations, shipping requirements and laws, distance of the shipment, and several other details. Then, we find a trusted carrier to transport your commodity. We source, organize, and handle all communication between the shipper, driver and receiver from the initial contact until the shipment is delivered safely.
We understand that everyone has different circumstances, needs, and levels of comfort. We are happy to schedule your shipment months in advance and also pride ourselves in being able to help last minute. Ideally, scheduling within a few days to a couple weeks of the desired ship date helps provide the smoothest process.
As logistic brokers we provide the necessary service between shipper, driver, and receiver. Our service costs are determined by several factors including the type and size of the commodity being shipped, urgency, and mileage.
We know that good communication and experienced drivers are the first step in keeping accidents and potential damage from happening. Therefore, we only work with fully insured, experienced carriers who are governed by the department of transportation’s rules and regulations. In addition, all of our carriers must have the proper liability and cargo coverage in case any unforeseen issues may arise.
